Positive: ProfessionalismAs the owner of Skin Need I have checked our records and Mandy has never been a guest. Perhaps she she meant that review for a different Skin Deep.As for the issue with Lauren it never should have happened however I was working the front desk and had to leave due to a medical issue. As soon as I heard about the issue with Lauren I tried to reach out to her several times and and offered her a service to make up for the inconvenience. However the truth is it was only 20 min and not an hour as she claims. Due several service providers having health we take covid very seriously she says there was no one to help her and then claims no one was wearing a mask, that doesn’t add up unless a nail teach was by herself and took hers off in between clients. Anyway I hope she responds to my offer as we don’t want anyone to have bad experience at Skin DeepAs the owner of Skin Need I have checked our records and Mandy has never been a guest.
