Alessiaa was amazing I come from Toronto for this treatment and I’ve had a lot of treatments in Toronto and non like this one. In fact everyone in the spa was very kind but 10 stars to Alessiaa. I absolutely don’t recommend this place the office manger is terrible i had a 4:00 appointment for lip fillers canceled because my son was rushed to the Emergency room and admitted I apologize for not thinking about the appointment that was the last thing i was worried about . Barbara tell me oh thats your problem we have a business to run stay away from this place They are not compassionate at all. What’s really disturbing is I spent over $14,000 with this place. And I know for a fact if Michael Gray was in the hospital his daughter Ariana would cancel or vice versa

If your looking to enhance your beauty, Skin Deep Spa is the place. From the consultation up until the actual surgery day I was impressed. I am one day post op and I’ve already received several calls from the office to ensure I was feeling well and understood my post op instructions. Understand that there is risk with any medical procedure, but Dr Gray and his team go above and beyond to eliminate those risk. Also remember you play a major role in your outcome so understanding and following those instructions are very conducive to your recovery and your results! I LOVE Skin Deep Spa! Not only is the office beautiful and clean, the staff is amazing! Every person I have met is kind and so helpful. I have used the Aerolase laser which is phenomenal. It causes very little discomfort and does a great job with each treatment. Alessia and Megan have done my treatments. I’m so impressed with this office! It has everything you could possibly need or want. I believe the prices are VERY fair at the office, which is a huge plus!
