I was a good two-year customer at this place, never missed an appointment, was never late for one. I had an appointment scheduled this week on Tuesday, but I had a car situation so I called on Monday to reschedule the appointment for Friday. I left a message since nobody answered the phone. On Tuesday I called the office since I had not heard back from them, and I spoke to Samantha. She re-scheduled me for Friday. At 4 pm on Tuesday she leaves a message on my office phone letting me know I was going to be charged $50 for not cancelling the appointment 24 hours in advance. I called back and cancelled the appointment for Friday due to this unfair charge. I called this morning and was told by Samantha that they are not going to charge the unfair “penalty”, but that I could not make any more appointments since I am cancelling again. I tried to speak to the office manager, but she was too busy to talk to a good customer that was being unfairly treated. I would never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone, unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen.

This place is terrible. First it’s hard to find. 2.) They never answer the phone. 3.) They willing take your money without really doing anything. Their skin line is aweful…The Dr. Is suppose to help get rid of your lines with botox, and instead she made mine worse and more of them. I would strongly suggest you find another line of work. And find some passion it what you do, helping others isn’t it!!
