Positive: QualityI started going to Skin Deep 4 years ago. I purchased a hair removal package for my legs and underarms. After 9 consecutive treatments, I had wonderful results! Just recently (Over 2 years since my last treatment) I noticed a few sparse hairs popping up so I decided to go back in for my last treatment of the package. As always, the technician who performed the treatment was so pleasant and professional. Before I left, I decided to purchase another package for a different area. Not only is their package pricing competitive but they give you an additional 2 free touch-up sessions! I started going to Skin Deep 4 years ago. I purchased a hair removal package for my legs and underarms. After 9 consecutive treatments, I had wonderful results! Just recently (Over 2 years since my last treatment) I noticed a few sparse hairs popping up so I decided to go back in for my last treatment of the package. As always, the technician who performed the treatment was so pleasant and professional. Before I left, I decided to purchase another package for a different area. She is the best, doesn’t miss any areas, makes me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable about what she does. If you want good quality laser without the outrageous prices some of these other spas are charging then I definitely recommend skin deep. They are upfront about all charges. She is the best, doesn’t miss any areas, makes me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable about what she does. All of the staff are knowledgeable and help you with whatever you need. When COVID hit and a personal tragedy struck my life, I had to call and reschedule my appointments for some time. They were super accommodating and made sure to review my recovery plan to schedule my new appointments. Not only that, every time I go in, I feel welcomed and appreciated. I am getting a tattoo removed here and I must say that I am 120% satisfied with my service. All of the staff are knowledgeable and help you with whatever you need. When COVID hit and a personal tragedy struck my life, I had to call and reschedule my appointments for some time. They were super accommodating and made sure to review my recovery plan to schedule my new appointments. Not only that, every time I go in, I feel welcomed and appreciated. Truly a great place!

Critical: Communication, QualityI went in with a small tattoo on my middle finger. They told me it would come off no problem. I went to 3 treatments then COVID hit. I went back for a fourth but then no communication or anything. My tattoo is not gone on my middle finger and I haven’t even received a follow up call or check in.I feel like the owners don’t care and have lack of customer service skills leaving it to the actual hired nurse for the day to be a sense of welcome.
