Donna is a miracle worker! I have been dealing with stubborn facial hair for the past (at least) ten years. From cremes, to tweezing, laser and everything in between, I have tried it. In late summer of 2021, I began working with Donna and after the first treatment, I was completely in awe. I”m still being treated for small areas however this is the first time in so long that I feel confident going out with no makeup because not only is the hair mostly gone, the quality of my skin has improved tremendously since I am no longer plucking and picking at ingrown hairs. I am an African-American woman with curly hair who never thought I would see the day where I could finally be rid of these hairs permanently. Mrs. Donna is the best! After a few weeks of treatments I already saw a change in my chin and neck area. After SIX treatments she completely cleared my problem area! I was in tears of joy after my last treatment and I will be coming back for regular maintenance. Mrs. Donna also gives excellent tips for how to maintain your skin before, during, and after electrolysis. My experience was/is amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could. I would like to speak to all the African American women who think that electrolysis is bad for your skin and believe that Electrolysis does not work on our skin. I have had chin hairs for over 30 years, that’s until I met Donna. Her procedure along with her knowledge has done wonders for my chin hair. I am almost hair free. I had the worst hair bumps along with the dark spots, It was awful. Now my chin is smooth, my dark spots are becoming lighter, I am more than pleased with Donna and her work. I urge any African American woman to pay Donna a visit for their hair removal. I urge you to stick with it, you will be happy that you did. I am. We now have a way to get rid of unsightly hairs on our face. My only regret is that I did not do a before and after pictures.
