Couldn’t come to an appointment over 2 months ago due to an EMERGENCY and they told me okay and reschedule but yesterday they charged my credit card as a “fee” without ANY authorisation from me. This place is a scam. I will be disputing the charges, but don’t every give this company your debit card info to have on hand to charge.

My experience at Skin Deep Day Spa is that the staff is always kind and professional. They ask the right questions to make sure my service is curated just for me. They take the time to make sure the steam is right, the product doesn’t irritate me and let me know exactly what they’re doing at all times. I had a wonderful facial which is always so relaxing. I feel beautiful and renewed. My skins texture is improved and feels so smooth. I like to go to the spa because it’s such a peaceful environment and it appeals to my senses—the music, the aroma, the soothing people..and I could go on and on.
