I would like to begin by mentioning how sweet Kassandra is and is very good at at her work. I discovered her through Groupon and liked her services so much that I bought a half year full body wax package and a silver facial membership package. But that’s when things started going downhill. Before I became a member, she was so attentive, but later on, she started pushing my appointments/ not showing up at time/not answering or returning my calls. I still gave her benefit of the doubt as she recently gave birth and I didn’t want to cancel any of my membership to support her. I even made a box of goodies and gifted her when I saw her post her delivery. But even for my recent appointment which was for a full body wax and a facial, she didn’t show up. Nor did she left any message, did not even call or text me back and it has been 4 days post my appointment. There’s no way to reach out to her. I want a refund for that facial. I always take ubers to go to her salon, that was a waste of $30 more for me. I have loved her work and have given way too many chances to her, even recommended her to so many people in the past, but her unprofessional work ethics are too bad to ignore. I have been lost hopes to recover my $55 for that facial.

I booked my initial appointment and when I went to the establishment it was closed. Kassandra called and said that she had forgotten about the appointment, so we rescheduled. I showed up for the rescheduled appointment and I rang the bell and called and no one came to greet me. I sent messages and waited outside for a bit, but still no one. Very poor customer service!

First timer! I already made an appointment to go back next month. I was very nervous but I was immediately put at ease. Kassandra went through the process and aftercare. The wax was quick and while a little painful, nothing like what I expected. The wax was mildly annoying, not painful like I had read that it would be. Kassandra really knows what she is doing. Bikini wax and eyebrow wax look amazing, very happy with my results!
