I took my mother here for skin cancer surgery and we felt very cared for with the doctors and all their staff. Dr. Bagal was very knowledgeable and thorough. I was quite impressed by the attentiveness of her assistant in particular. I will be recommending this office to friends and family.

I have been coming to this office for a while, and today I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable because of needing multiple people in a room while revealing a private part of my body. The fact that I even go there is absolutely humiliating to me already but to be put on display in an office is the most extreme uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced in my life. I was told because I am a male—2 females are needed but if it was a male physician I would not need 2 people. I inquired about a male physician and was told that both of the male physicians mainly treat skin cancer. So basically, I had a wasted appointment and no treatment because they would not see me with just one person in the room to follow up on the condition.

Dr. Amita Bagal performed a Restylane injection into both my top and bottom lips. Having thinner lips, I wanted a more fuller but realistic look. She did a full consultation to make sure I was a good candidate for this procedure. She was very informative about some symptoms I may experience afterwards(swelling and bruising), which did go away about 2-3 days after the injections. After a 2 week follow up, I can definitely see the results I was looking to achieve. I highly recommend Dr. Bagal if you’re interested in getting lip fillers. I was extremely nervous to do this but Dr. Bagal and her staff were very accommodating and made this an easy and pleasant experience. I will definitely be going back for any future procedures!

**UPDATE: One of the issues mentioned in the previous review below that Dr. Sessa intentionally ignored has now grown in size, color and shape. Since Dr. Sessa could be bothered with it during my first visit, I am making an appointment with another specialist. Fingers crossed.**

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Saif Syed for 11:45 am and was not roomed until 12:33 pm. When he finally came into the room I made him aware that I had been waiting for nearly an hour and he made up an excuse when the truth is it takes him long because he wants to have leisure conversations with all his patients. He tried to initiate a conversation with me about Covid and basically said we need to all get over it, masks are stupid, and everyone’s going to catch it. Mind you I had a grandfather who passed away from the virus so I felt uncomfortable having that conversation but he did not care. Additionally, when I was leaving the room his Physican Assistant was trying to ask him a question but I overheard him being rude and dismissive towards her. Very unprofessional as a superior and as the owner of the practice.

The front desk lady is one of the rudest un sympathetic people I’ve ever had the dissatisfaction of speaking with as listening with pleasure in her voice tell me about the missed visits that weren’t missed visits they actually canceled on me by them in 2019 around the time of the pandemic then I was told that I canceled twice and that I can’t be seen again unless I pay 100$ before hand o an did I mention I have the beginning stages of skin cancer I’m trying to stay on top of smh so yeah don’t canceled or miss an appointment or it’s 50$ regardless covid cancer they don’t just mean unsympathetic people just a heads up

Horrible rude people from the front desk to the nurse practitioner. She really was the worst. No knowledge at all. Looking at a rash telling me I don’t have a rash. If you want to be made to feel stupid for seeing a doctor this is the place for you. If you want to pay money for zero help ~ this is the place for you. Go ANYWHERE else if you want actual help.

Dr. Amita Bagal did a restylane injection into my lips to give them a fuller and more defined look, she was very informative about what I could expect after receiving the filler and ways to help minimize bruising and swelling. We went over my complete health history and discussed my realistic expectations from the procedure. The procedure went very smooth and was pretty much painless, I am extremely happy with my results and would recommend Dr. Bagal to anyone looking into getting a cosmetic procedure done.
