Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMy wife and mother recently had a consultation for botox/fillers on April 28th which went smoothly. Expectations and medications were discussed, and a procedure date for both was set for May 11th. While my wife experienced a minor hiccup with what was suggested at the consultation versus at the procedure, everything was done with only minor delay.My mother, who has had fillers before, had a different experience. She recently started on a blood thinner and that was disclosed and discussed at the consultation. While I am glad that the doctor noticed this and expressed it is indeed a concern and grounds for non-operation, we would have preferred to have been notified prior to arrival.This is extremely unprofessional and indicates that no review of new patients is done by the doctor until the new patient is literally in the procedure room. The doctor blamed the girl that performed the consultation, but in my opinion, it was a failure on the whole staff.There are numerous locations on Massillon Rd for botox/fillers, so I’d suggest going elsewhere to avoid potential mishaps and wasted time until this location revamps their internal process and procedures.My wife and mother recently had a consultation for botox/fillers on April 28th which went smoothly.
