I had a wonderful experience with Joan for my facial. She was warm, knowledgeable and made the experience very pampering. She would check in often to make sure I was comfortable and you can really tell she cares a lot of her clients and her craft. I appreciated her taking the time at the beginning to go over my forms and learn more about my skin and at the same time I liked her more holistic and natural approach towards skincare.
