Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI try to be understanding of all situations when giving ratings for nail salons. However, this had to be my worst nail experience ever. I paid $45 on a simple acrylic set but left with 4 deep cuts on my fingers due to the harshness of the nail filing from one of the workers cutting into my skin. I try to be understanding of all situations when giving ratings for nail salons. However, this had to be my worst nail experience ever. I paid $45 on a simple acrylic set but left with 4 deep cuts on my fingers due to the harshness of the nail filing from one of the workers cutting into my skin. My Family And I Loved This Nail Spa More Than Any Other One We’ve Been Too, They Were Very Nice and We Loved The European Pedicure they were Offering. It Was Great Up Until I Started Noticing That Their Prices Go Based Off Of How Greedy They Choose To Be! They Have Prices Printed On Window But All Of Them Have Different Prices In Their Head Which They Try And Force On You. They Like To Try And Get You To Buy Extras Like “GEL” & When You Say No ,They give you so many excuses on why you should have it and if your answer is still no They Do It Anyways and Charge You for it. Then They proceed to say “you asked for gel”. Their Prices never add up and Most of these Women Have Been Acting Very Rude, Disrespectful, and Unpleasant Lately. I Also Asked if they can paint my daughters toes but she refused to and gave me reasons on why she didn’t need it. I Loved Them And I Have Introduced Alot Of My Family To This Spa! My 12 year old and 18 year old went to get pedicures, the tech who did my 12 year old charged her $60 for a pedicure with the excuse that’s what my daughter wanted the “deluxe” package!
