Went to Rachel for the 1st time, she is excellent. Did a Brazilian Wax, she is fast and thorough. it’s never fun getting hair ripped off your body but she made the experience as comfortable as possible. Friendly demeanor. There’s a reason why she has such great reviews. And she answers her phone and responds by text. Which is great because a lot of technicians at these hair removal salons rarely answer the phone for you to be able to schedule anappointment. Professional, will definitely be a repeat customer. Rachel has gained another satisfied client!

I personally didn’t have a favorable experience here. It was too rushed and Rachael’s whole “technique” was the opposite of relaxing and it didn’t help that she was pulling in the wrong direction of my hair. Left 3 small patches of hair which i didn’t totally realize until after i left (as this is how much she was rushing). I didn’t mind that she was a few minutes late getting there but it doesn’t make sense to be so abrasive and quick with something like a Brazilian wax. Probably won’t be returning, you get what you pay for..

My experience here was great! She fit me right in and was super efficient and speedy. The room was clean and sanitary. It was my first brazilian, and she talked through the entire experience so I never had a chance to get nervous about it hurting! Definitely hurts, but worth it. Will be coming back 🙂
