It was my second visit to Maria’s Skin Care. I would go there every week. I did not want to leave. I understand that everything she does is good for my skin, but it is so pleasant and relaxing, and I felt I had not just a facial, but full relaxation of my body and mind. Critical: Professionalism, ValueHi Everyone,NEVER YOU AGAIN!The most embarrassing situation for her denial of service to a client who went there all the way.It happened to me today( feb 26 2020)She booked me for 4pm I was stuck in the traffic and texted her at 4.08 pm that will reach there in 2 min.Her place was difficult to figure out in the complex I clearly communicated her the delay and reached at 4.15 pm She was so rude, did not take me in and talking about the next clients.Why should I go back without a service when its +/- 15 min?Cant we be considered for our clear communication? Or isnt it unusual thing which happens and treatment I got for 10 min delay is never forgettable?I uber to go there…money waste/ time waste/ and bad customer behavior…If you are so particular about timings and being punctual …respect for our time and money as wellI could have gotten 50 min of your service instead of this drama.Will never see you again damnnn….! Terrible experience. Vendor never showed up to my appointment. Had me waiting 20 minutes before telling me she was not going to show up. Maria refused to reimburse me for the money I paid her upfront. Ignored my calls and voice mail box was full. Very unprofessional. Please do not make the same mistake I have. Customers be very aware
