Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityShe is absolutely amazing. I moved to Cali for work and have been coming to her since June. I get a facial and vagicals and I love it.. She is great at what she does. Very professional knows her stuff and great customer service and I love her custom facials. She is absolutely amazing. I moved to Cali for work and have been coming to her since June. I get a facial and vagicals and I love it.. She is great at what she does. Very professional knows her stuff and great customer service and I love her custom facials. She has great products and I have loved my results. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Laura is friendly and professional, and I have had nothing but excellent outcomes by going to her. Pre-pandemic, the spa appeared to exceed health code guidelines and expectations, and the brief period when the spa was able to open before having to close again due to the shift in transmission numbers I went and was so impressed by the standard of cleanliness and care Laura put into the spa. I have been going to this day spa for almost 3 years now for face waxing. Laura is friendly and professional, and I have had nothing but excellent outcomes by going to her. Pre-pandemic, the spa appeared to exceed health code guidelines and expectations, and the brief period when the spa was able to open before having to close again due to the shift in transmission numbers I went and was so impressed by the standard of cleanliness and care Laura put into the spa.
