I would like to commend Victor Czerkasij, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner at the Cleveland, TN office for his outstanding efforts in providing care for my many skin cancer conditions throughout the years. The worst experience I have had to date with a doctor in my 47 years. I am also a nurse and I have worked in doctor offices for highly reputable doctors and this office falls short in my opinion. I feel as though I was treated as a number and not really a patient. There was also a billing problem and I felt that I was treated as a second rate citizen even though I paid my $400 dollar bill in full. The doctor was in the room for less than 2 minutes and was extremely rude to me and walked out the door. There was one nurse her name was Katelyn and she was super sweet and compassionate. If you want a caring compassionate doctor that helps you deal with your skin cancer issues then please take your time and research first.

They have a tendency to herd people in and out without fixing the problem. Never met the doctor. Only NPs and techs for 3 plus years. My toenail has never recovered. Im moving on to an actual dermatologist.
