After going here for quite a while, my son was no longer allowed to book appointments due to poor management of scheduling records. The front office woman was even rude enough to suggest that I buy a planner in order to organize my dates and times for my appointments. I have never been so insulted. How about you all call your patients at least 24 hrs before appointments and remind them of their appointments like all other doctors offices do. Thanx

Today was my first visit and I was quite impressed. Friendly and competent front office. Arrived about 5 minutes before appointment and was sent right back. Stitches removed and gone within 10 minutes. Attractive and clean offices and treatment rooms. I will go back.

Providers are great but the staff is so rude. They talk down to you like you are a toddler. They are great in front of the providers but as soon as you have to deal with them without a provider, they are so rude.

This office is WONDERFUL! The staff is GREAT, the office is clean and they are excellent with any and all procedures. They are quick, but they make sure you understand everything you need to know before leaving. You will never feel like you left there with questions/concerns about anything. My sons doctor has faced his referral several times and I keep being told that an appointment can’t be made until his referral is received. I don’t know what the problem is nor do I understand why you haven’t received a referral that has been sent multiple times.
