Purchased a groupon for microderm… What a mistake. After calling several times over the month I finally got trough, the receptionist couldn’t make my appointment so I left a phone number, I waited several more days and when I didn’t get a call back I called and when through the hole leave your name and number process again..I called back after several more days…this time I was greeted with the receptionist saying that it was MY fault that I didn’t get a call back…. she was SO RUDE that I asked to talk to the manager/owner she too was SO RUDE. Best of all after I hung up on the manager for chewing my ear off, she called back on the number that they said wouldn’t work! Scam artists! I got my money back from Groupon, and they said that too had allot of complaints about Salon Soignee. I wouldn’t recommend ANY business transaction with these people. BEWARE!
