CANCELLATIONS 24 hours notice is needed when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment. If you refuse to pay the charge, you will not be scheduled again. NO CALL / NO SHOWS No call / no shows are not tolerated. If you no call / no show for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. Fee must be paid for any future appts
