On a recent trip to Boston I decided to treat myself and get a facial. Boy am I glad I did! I’ve struggled with my skin since I was a teenager, and recently it’s been really breaking out. Matthew was so wonderful. He went through my entire history, what products worked in the past, and why they may be less effective now. He gave some suggestions to help with my postpartum hormonal breakouts, and after a few weeks of consistent use, I am seeing amazing results. Matthew is so down to earth, approachable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services to anyone, he is the best and I will be returning the next time I am in Boston!

I was recently in Boston from South Carolina. Seriously in need of a facial a friend recommended Skin by Matthew. He was able to get me in on a Saturday morning. The space was clean and welcoming. Matthew was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about my concerns and answered all of my questions. He recommended a fire and ice facial for me….. which I found to be a luxurious treatment. Let me start off by saying – WOW. I have never had a facial so good. Matthew took such good care of me and my skin. He started by analyzing my skin and putting together customized facial to my skin’s needs. He was so knowledgeable and kind. By the time he was done, my skin was glowing and refreshed. I left with more knowledge of what I needed to do to take of my skin, a plan on how to keep it on track, and a new product. Other notes – the space is clean, relaxing, and inviting. Had an amazing experience with Matthew. I had a 60 minute facial that included dermaplaning, extractions, chemical exfoliation, a hydrating mask and my favorite part – a 15 minute LED therapy which felt soothing and calming on my skin. Matthew is very knowledgeable at what he does and makes you feel relaxed the entire time. My skin looks and feels so smooth and hydrated and I can’t wait to go back again soon!

Ok, Matthew is the real deal. I’m biiiiig into self-care/skin care and spend a lot of time researching places for skin care and spend a lot of $$$ on keeping my skin healthy. I move a lot because I’m in the Military so I always have to leave behind my med spa’s that I fall in love with! Anyway, I found Matthew because I was specifically looking for the DMK enzyme treatment, and he is one of the few places in the area (I live in Portsmouth, NH) that offers that treatment. Well, long story short, something totally out of Mathew’s control happened with his building that caused him to have to cancel my appointment and he was so above and beyond with trying to accommodate me back onto the schedule! I move this Sunday though so I was unable to reschedule and Matthew is sending me a mini DMK kit I mean truly, a business owner who cares this much and makes his guests feel appreciated is SUCH a win for me. When I come back in town I will absolutely be booking with him again.
