Isaac gave me the BEST facial I’ve ever had, I smiled the whole time !! very kind, personable, professional, and made me feel so welcome! Isaac gave me info on all the steps and explained their importance for my skin care concerns. I got so many compliments after! I feel like a super star. As for the spa itself, SBK was so clean, fresh, safe, warm, amazing customer service, & everything I could ask for in order to relax. As a fellow esthetician, I care so much about the cleanliness and safety of the place I’m being treated in & I would give this place ten stars if I could. I can only speak about my experience with laser hair removal here. I have brown skin and black hair. I went to Skin by kay Leigh for laser hair removal on my lower legs. When the pandemic hit, one of Kay Leigh’s employees who was working with me quit. The very first and only session I had with Kay Leigh, I received burn marks all over my lower legs. Two years later, they are less noticeable but still there. During the first few months Kay Leigh gave me some kind of serum to put on my legs. But there was never an explanation of how long I would need to take it, how long the burn marks would last, and there was no check up on their part. I had to be the one to reach out for another serum. I later went to a burn center and they told me the treatment to heal the burns could make it worse. So I have been waiting for them to heal naturally. I have avoided direct sunlight and I always cover my legs when I go out.

I found Skin by Kay Leigh from Groupon, but I will definitely be coming back again! I had the Premium Facial done by Isaac, and let me tell you he knows what he’s doing! He is now my go-to skin expert, love him! He answered all my questions, educated me about skin knowledge and products I didn’t know about, I left feeling truly taken care of! I will be going back to get a lash lift and brow lamination done with him (since he says it’s his favorite thing to do). Thank you Isaac!!! ❤️

I love coming here. Staff is always so nice and helpful. The spa is beautiful, immaculate, and I feel very safe since covid. Kay Leigh has always done an amazing job with everything I have had done. I love that she continues her education and is always learning. She has made my skin go from zero to a 10! I came to her not knowing what I needed, and all of her suggestions of treatments have really made a huge difference in my skin.

Kay Leigh and her team are so knowledgeable! Kay Leigh spends the time to understand your concerns and answer any questions. I have had hydro/microdermabrasion, chemical peels (got my first chemical peel here), and facials here. All of them have been great! The premium facial is a must since you get a little extra massage! It’s great to know you’re in good hands especially when getting a facial and I trust Kay Leigh 100%. I always look forward to my next facial!

I’ve had a lot of progress thanks to just a few sessions of YAG laser treatments and a facial! Kay Leigh, Anissa, and all of the staff I have worked with have been nothing but kind and respectful. Even though I’m fully vaccinated I appreciate their COVID protocols because it shows how much care and professionalism they have in every aspect of their work. My main concern was acne and acne scarring. I’m already seeing a lot of improvement in texture and inflammation. Kay Leigh set me up with a home care routine and I’m excited to see how my skin continues to progress!
