I always go here to get my biweekly facials with Esperanza. She’s very informative, friendly and pays lots of attention to my sensitive dry skin. She also recommends the best products for my skin, she also has really gentle hands and always tells me to drink a lot of water. She is always on time with her appointments and very professional I consider her the best esthetician out here. I highly recommend

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI think it’s important to share my experience so no one else has to go through what I have. Whoever performed the facial clearly has no certification for performing these types of treatments especially to someone’s skin. The place was dirty, she used PAPER TOWELS to clean my face instead of actual towels. The creams she used burned my face and she blamed it on my “extractions and sensitive skin” I have gotten consistent facials for years and I’ve never had an issue before. She was on the phone most of the time speaking or texting. Whoever performed the facial clearly has no certification for performing these types of treatments especially to someone’s skin.
