In the past I have had really positive experiences here a number of times, but the one time I was not satisfied with the outcome of my service, I reached out via email (twice) and never got a reply. I’m disappointed that they do not respond when I voice a complaint (I believe I was pretty kind about it) and I will not be going back because of this. I received a lash lift and tint that was rushed and poorly done, and it only took a few hours for my lashes to go back to the way they were (its supposed to last several weeks).

I have finally received the services i had originally booked on june 28 with Sydney, She was very professional, my lashes look great and there has been no problems or issues, which i believe in past experience within the first 24 hours if they still look great they will be great. I cant say it enough she is very good, i originally had a recommendation to go to her so i booked my appt. before i went on vacation out of the country, but when my appointment was messed up by Aron the owner or manager, i was forced to take someone i didnt know nor want due to me leaving to go out of the country the next day, and was provided services that she clearly should have known not to be even trying to perform any service, under that type of temperature. I have made that clear in my other reviews involving the specific location it happened at. Due to Aron’s unprofessional way of addressing the situation makes it look bad on the ladys who actually are very professional and hard working. Again i cannot say it enough Sydney is great but she is only at the northshore location, for some reason it will let you book her in other locations but make sure it says northshore she is the best.

Booked at Northshore on 5/4 but was not able to make it because of an emergency, Sydney was very nice to reschedule it for me on 5/6. Day of the appointment I received a text and email saying that my appointment was canceled all of a sudden, I tried calling the store multiple times and got no answer. No one reached out to tell me what’s going on and I just don’t think it’s right to set up a day and not even communicate with me to why they canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityYesterday I made an appointment for the North Shore location via text (because no one ever answers the phone); I arrived only to find out the receptionist booked me for the Gunbarrel location by mistake. While this was a mistake on their part, no apologies were made for the oversight what so ever.I had to reschedule for today since yesterday’s appointment was transposed and the SAME staff member from yesterday was extremely rude (again) during my appointment. I was there for lash removal and she was rushing me so badly that she got solution in my eyes that burned to the point of having to be flushed out prior to the service being complete. I left the ‘salon’ with glue and residue still all over my eyes from the botched service.I can’t help but wonder if other folks have had the same experience here because she seemed so comfortable with her behavior. I suspect this is just ‘business as usual’ here. Critical: CommunicationI had an appointment scheduled for a machine facial and eyebrow wax on 11/16 at 2:45 PM. I arrive exactly on time and was never greeted. After waiting 10 mins an employee finishing her client comes out and says to me my tech will be with me shortly and have a seat. My teach comes out 10 mins later and says she’s been running behind all day. 20 mins after my appt start time she finishes her client and proceeds to tell me that the machine for my facial is not even at this location. So, 1.) I couldn’t even get the service I booked for and 2.) I waited 20 mins after my appt start time to be informed this.I reschedule reluctantly and was told the Hixson location has the machine. I reschedule for 11/18 at 12:00pm Hixson.A few hours later I get a text asking me if I can move my appt to 12:15. I agree.Then the day of….I get another text asking me to change my appt to 1:00 pm. I couldn’t. I have a tight schedule and cant move things around that easily.Overall, I had to cancel my appt and wasted my time trying to receive services. Very disappointing. From the waiting 20 mins, not having the machine. Rescheduling to fit their schedule and then having the time changed twice. Receptionist doesn’t know what it means to hold this job or title. When a customer walks into your business it’s your job to great them, check them in, and assist them. It’s NOT your job to keep discussing your plans with the other associate and leave a paying customer standing there waiting to be assisted. Customer Service is a thing, and it’s not that hard if you put forth just a little bit of effort.

I went for my first lash lift on Thursday and so far it looks great! The lady done a good job other than it seems she didnt get the outer corner lashes very well so they’re not curled. Other than that im overall content with them.

The girl who is supposed to give me my spray tan is currently performing some other service. What’s the point of making an appointment if you are not going to stick to said appointment time. This is a service for which there is no service. Will not return.
