Yesterday I went in to the Ankeny location for my microneedling appointment. I am a member there since 2021 Fall but I was going to the WDM one first. It was good but I had a amazing experience with Krystal in Ankeny. She was attentive, informative and made sure to enter my points into Allé. Krystal took her time doing my facial and I actually felt like I got a facial with her because my skin immediately started flaking after which is what it’s supposed to do. Will definitely go back to see her often. She gave me a mini tour on all the skin care afterwards and explained in detail the Allé points and how you can receive products with your points for SkinMédica only. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

I drive an hour every month to go to SBS in Ankeny. It’s my favorite day of the month to pamper myself. My skin has made major improvements over the last year and it is 100% due to SBS. I had terrible acne scarring from pregnancy and after just a few months it was gone. Everyone is so friendly, it is very clean, and professional looking. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs help with their skin!

I would steer clear of this place if I were you. They do a very poor job at fillers. If you are wanting a good job done with your fillers, you need to go to an actual plastic surgeon. The people here are not very well trained and do not have the needed experience (I could tell when she was injecting me – I had a lot of experience getting injectables before I moved here). They just want to use more and more product when you go in for the follow up after your filler has been placed. It wouldn’t need to be touched up if it was done correctly in the first place. I will not be back here.
