I’ve seen the beautiful hair colors and happy clients everytime i’m there. Jeanne has done my mani’s, pedi’s, and facial’s. These ladies are the best at what they do!

I’ve been going here since they opened and I get a variety of services done. Robin does my eyelash extensions and I love them everytime. Ashley does my hair and always nails what look I want. The spa has a very welcoming come as you are atmosphere and if you choose you can cuddle with Hank (a very cute snuggley pup) while you get services done or just simpley lay back and relax.

I got my eyelashes done here and was not as impressed as I expected to be. After stating that I wanted a natural look and that I use a D curl, I asked what curl was being used on me… I was told “C, I don’t carry D, I think it’s stupid” I thought it was rude and unprofessional to say that (considering that’s what I usually get.) I left with super heavy black lashes. I was upset because I just spent 2 months trying to regain my natural lashes health. They are pretty but not what I wanted at all. I suggest listing to the customer more instead of doing what “you like”. Also, having your dog snuggle clients on the bed without even asking the client is very unprofessional. I mean… don’t get me wrong I didn’t say anything because I like dogs, but I did find it strange and not everyone likes dogs on them while they are being pampered.

Kid friendly, dog friendly, and the best staff any owner could imagine having. The creative friendly staff are very talented at their jobs making customer service a priority. Yes we have a dog onsite whom we love and our customers love. Shout out to “hank” our atmosphere is welcoming and very eclectic making it fun to absorb the unique decor. They messed up my hair so terribly that I left in tears and as soon as I got to my car i straight up bawled until I got home. I had to take off my glasses so she could cut it and by the time I realised something was wrong it was far too late. I showed the girl photos of what I wanted and what I left with was nothing even close to what I had asked for and literally nothing can be done with my hair now except wait half a year for it to get to a flattering length. My confidence is shattered.
