Then the pandemic happened and everything shut down. Mila began offering virtual consultants and I decided to scheduled one with her. Although, the virtual consultations are about 30 minutes, Mila is very thorough. I had never dealt with acne and was self conscious of how I looked. In March, I finally decided to reach out to Mila. Then the pandemic happened and everything shut down. Mila and Sierra are incredibly kind and patient individuals. They are super patient and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with everything. They’re super gentle and understand if you have any special requests during your treatment, and are definitely there for you as a friend. Mila is an incredibly talented esthetician and I am so glad I’ve started to see her for facials! As a “facial virgin” I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Mila walks through each step and makes sure to explain to me what she is doing. Additionally, she tailors your facial to what your skin NEEDS versus trying to up-sell you on something you’re not truly in need of. Her assessments of your skin are very helpful and she also recommends products, again, based on what you NEED, but she also works with you with stuff you already have at home because she is highly aware of the financial component of our skincare routines. The most relaxing and quaint setting- you won’t be disappointed!
