It wasn’t what I would expect for customer service! I called to schedule a day of services for my mom, sister, and myself for my mom’s birthday! She had previously gotten a $100 gift card for Christmas (2018) that we didn’t realize only was valid for 6 months. Yes, it’s been expired for 2 months. But there was no offer of specials or “here’s what we can do” when we called. They literally just said sorry we won’t make any exceptions.
