Critical: QualityScheduled an appointment with Adrienne for lash extension for my Sisters wedding. I paid the required $50 deposit. Called the day before to confirm appointment then the morning of was informed that Adrienne was not available and that Aspen will be doing my lashes. Aspen completed my lashes and all looked well upon my leaving however within 2 hours I was shedding terribly. I emailed customer service and advised of the issue. Maybe this was normal and I didn’t know. Adrienne replied back to the email the same day and even called me the following day to discuss she offered to redo my lashes and we agreed to the upcoming Tuesday. I arrive and Adrienne says it’s seems as if I ordered the incorrect service that I should have released volume lashes. This was my 1st time and had no clue but within 72 hrs I had NO lashes. Adrienne stated she needs an hour and a half to do a FULL set and would have to reschedule because she has another client coming. I rescheduled however upon arriving home I noticed that I had a scheduling conflict I reached out to Adrienne and explain the conflict and at that point asked if we could discuss a refund. She declined and stated that she was willing to work with me to redo my lashes but she had a NO Refund Policy. I reached back out to her and asked if we could reschedule another day and It has been 3 days and no response even after her staff called from the original rescheduled appointment that had not been cancelled.
