If I could give a 0 I would. Her lashes looked nice until something was poking my eye the same day I had a fill and as I was rubbing it the lashes began falling out. I asked if she would remove that side and redo it and I would have happily paid for it and she basically said too bad sorry I have no openings. I said then I need to remove them (my eye was swelling and hurt) and she recommended coconut oil. I lost 95% of my natural lashes in that remove process! I am mortified and besides myself. Terrible customer service!!!
