I have been going here for almost a year. I walked in one Saturday and I did have to wait but mainly because I didnt have an appointment. However it was more than 30 minutes which isn’t bad for a Saturday walk in. My two toddler sons love going here. Edric is patient and very talented. Yes there is alot of “shop talk” but let’s be real it’s a barber shop what do you expect?!

First time attempted customer, walked in barbers were not welcoming At All, asked multiples if they had openings 2 never looked up one spoke for all 3 saying we all got appointments ask the guys in back. NEVER OFFERING ME A A CHANCE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANY OF THEM As if they would be done taking people and its only 9. a.m. go to the guys in the back one both say they have 3 that’s it still not saying i can take you wait nothing just not a good vibe and i just moved in the area and get cut weekly. SKILLS MAYBE , HOSPITATLTY, COMMUNICATION ((Negative)) wouldn’t recommend them to new clients seems like they are a more of a close knit shop good for them but bad for business

My grandson sat for two hours waiting for a haircut… he was never acknowledge… he wasn’t told we have too many appointments to get to you today… THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYS WALKINS WELCOME… if an appointment is necessary then that should be commmnicated and not let someone sit for 2 hours without acknowledgement… take the sign off the door if walk ins are not welcomed and/or modify and say on certain days or times….
