Jean the manager, completely rude. I scheduled a massage at the beginning of August and the earliest appt was Oct 13. Received a call Oct 13 stating the massage therapist called in and their next available was December. I declined to book and asked for a refund. My place of employment called to prepay towards my massage for my birthday. Jean returned my call and stated it was a giftcard and no returns on them. I explained that it wasn’t a gc and that it was prepaid towards my service. She stated rudely “I’ll just refund the card so we don’t have to talk about this” and then hung up on me before I could even get a word out of my mouth. I understand things come up but 5 months for a massage is ridiculous. Terrible attitude. Will never be a customer.

I have done Lymphatic Massage Therapy with Olivia and Reflexology with Mary…I have been back to both several times and will continue! Amazing services and both were just delightful humans to be around. Thrilled to have such an incredible business providing the community with such beneficial services. My body feels absolutely relaxed after a session and I feel definite improvement with my chronic pain due to autoimmune conditions. The front office has always been so kind and helpful as well. I have an autoimmune disease and have learned how to heal from the inside out. As well, the halo therapy booth is amazing! I use i when my allergies act up. The staff have always been kind and helpful. Sometimes they are busy, so be patient when there is only one staff person. Jillian is an awesome massage therapist! She listens and works on my problem areas. I always leave this place relaxed and with less tension in the body. Great if you want to reduce stress and just feel better. I’ve been getting the Swedish massage every month now. You can purchase sessions in packages which is very convenient as well.

This is a wonderful facility. I have gone for post-chemotherapy lymphatic massage. They have been a big help in ridding my body of toxicity from chemo. After two massages I stopped having night sweats and it has made a world of difference in how I feel. HIGHLY recommend!

Table Thai Massage with Jillian. This is a “face up” massage with clothes on (I recommend yoga pants or joggers). Although it is very relaxing, I actually left feeling energized. Discomfort in tight muscles was gone from the gentle stretches. Loved the scalp massage as well. Selfishly, I almost hate to leave a review because I want Jillian to be available when I need her in the future LOL. BUT she deserves all the business she desires and I want others to have this experience. We are very lucky to have Jillian and the Skilled Touch and Healing team here in Gretna. I wish this type of massage was offered by more massage therapists.
