Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTypically a great place but was not pleased with my services today. After I told one of the lady whose was working on me that I did not want gel nail polish she got very mad. She told me of a lady who got gel nail polish and how she loved it. I told her I would still like the normal polish and that changed her whole mood…She scrubbed my ankle/heel area so hard and fast that I was bleeding afterwards. After I pulled my foot away (still bleeding) she snatched my foot back and kept scrubbing it raw. She even kept telling me to turn my chair off (I’ve had her before so I know she can paint a solid color with the chair on). I didn’t catch her name but I will request someone else the next time I come in if I get her again. She was super sweet to me until I told her I wanted normal polish. I was a walk in today to get a full set of dip powder. Though service was quick, it was rough. My nail beds were torn to shreds with this mans drill. It was not comfy. To top that off after I had left I saw nearly half of my nails were wonky with sharp bits and others missing coverage. I will not be going back.

This is my 2nd time coming here, this time I brought my niece and sister. We were assisted pretty fast on a Sunday afternoon. My Gel pedicure was absolutely perfect. My niece and sister loved their pedicure as well. Will definitely continue to come here for my pedicures. Prices are fair and not overpriced compared to other places in Fayetteville.
