Incredible experience. The ambiance was unmatched and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely felt like a VIP the entire visit. I received a pedicure and a massage. There was nothing about the day that I would have changed or wish was different. Everything from the littlest detail to the biggest thing is 100% taken care of. I highly recommend.

I am so disappointed in Skana. For all of the great reviews my experience was extremely underwhelming. My massage was terrible, not only did the masseuse use an extreme amount of oil, but the sheets smelled like they had been left in the washer for days. It is by no means a relaxing place. The “whisper room” was not welcoming or comfortable. I also question how sanitary the cushions could possibly be as well as the blankets in there that seem to just be folded up after use. There was nowhere to leave used cups or bottles and the amenities were seriously lacking. For all the positive reviews I can only assume that these people have never been anywhere else. I will not be returning.

The spa is wonderful but the therapist I had today was outstanding! Jeremiah worked on all my problem area, he was very professional, and I feel so much better now then when I came in! The spa is luck to have such a great therapist!

The facilities are very nice. It is fairly pricey , Not something I could afford to do all the time but, well worth saving money to do again. Now that I have been there I realize next time I can Bring a swimsuit and plan to be there before or after my massage and salon appointment to be able to use the sauna, pool and Jacuzzi. It was a nice surprise to see that they have showers with changing areas and a vanity room with blowdryers and curling irons for you to use after your appointment.

If you’re the type of person who likes spending $200 on a “Custum” massage and getting a few slaps on the back then this is the place for you! Had a very disappointing trip to the “spa” today. Tried talking to a manager about it and the receptionist hung up on me. Tried calling back for a half hour and no one will answer a phone call. Was supposed to be a relaxing day with a friend from out of town who’s 40th birthday is today but it turned into a huge disappointment. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Excellent experience. Very pricy, but if you utilize the amenities it’s worth it. You should expect to pay a large price for the experience to begin with. We did a couples package and enjoyed every minute!
