Joyce Worley, there was a large sign posted on front door entering and leaving the salon, and on the front desk that we had two months prior, stating that we would close on Sunday during COVID19, and we gave each client 4 days back on their tanning package to accommodate the situation. We also stated that our hours would change. We close at 7:30 Monday- Friday. There are three other of our franchise stores that close at 7!

Critical: PunctualityClean BUT They keep changing their hours of service with no notice! I may dispute my package purchase. I’m sure to surprise them like they do to me when I go and their closed with changed hours AGAIN! AND now, not open at all on Sundays. Wake up, you’re in a service industry!
