I was referred by my previous hairdresser that moved out of state. I called got an appt the next day (Saturday morning) and I showed up, but noone else did. The salon was closed, they don’t open on Saturdays. Then why would you book me for Saturday morning? I left a message and have yet to hear back. This has happened to many people.
