Sofie was very rude when I went last week. She had a bad attitude and tone towards me. I came in and she had such a hostile tone because I was a few minutes late. She told me she was going to have to rush my nails and that’s exactly what she did because I ended up coming back an hour later because she did not put top coat on two nails. I didn’t realize the second nail until it was too late. She was also way too rough removing the skin around my nails at the end which left me with a cut. Getting nails done should be a relaxing experience. I read the other reviews, and she really does choose who to be nice to. Nonetheless, the nails are beautiful, and I gave a good tip despite her bad service.

SOFIA was absolutely rude and rough with my nails even though I shown her that it was painful and she still continued to be rough. No greeting when I walked in and no sense of gentleness with her tone. This salon is not what it used to be. I am just very disappointed that they allowed the quality of their work give them a sense of domination over customer connections and overlooked kindness at all cost. Additionally the salon was also dirty, the seating area had crumbs and old candy in between the couch and it’s not even enough space to hold more than two customers that are waiting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here to get my little sister’s nails done for the first time and Sophia was extremely rude! She kept telling her not to look at her own nails while she’s doing them, and would make nasty faces at her when she did. In result my sister was too hesitant to tell her that she messed up which finger the design was supposed to go on. When my sister told her that she was hurting her nails and made her bleed, she had a very nasty attitude and just told her to “stop moving and to go on her phone to distract her” No apology and she kept being rough afterwards even after being told. My sister felt so uncomfortable that she just put her head down the entire session in fear of another rude remark. When I complained to her sister Kanika she just said “oh okay” They don’t care that they give bad customer service as long as they get money, terrible business! The customer service here is beyond trash. They’re selectively nice to who they want. The salon was also extremely dirty like it’s never been cleaned, there was old opened candy in between the seats on the couch, and i saw that they don’t clean they’re brushes/utensils in between clients which is a health hazard. So unprofessional!

I was recommended by a couple people and I finally came to try it out with the famous “Sophie”. Soon as I walked in I already felt unwelcomed. Very rude and they had like no colors. I have a lot of patience and tried to give her a chance but the attitude was it for me. No tip either! Smh Gel manicures

I’ve had nothing but awesome experiences with Liz, she’s so gentle that I literally fall asleep when she’s doing a set of acrylics! Also she does great shaping and makes every set better then the last and exactly like the reference picture ! Gel manicures
