Positive: QualityS&J is AWESOME!! They do such a wonderful job every single visit. Each one of the nail tacos take their time and are meticulous. They have a huge selection of colors- probably anything you can imagine.I was loyal to Lee Nails for a long time. I finally got tired of being made to wait with an appointment, then rushed through and treated with a nasty attitude.S&J is right across the street and does a wonderful job. They are friendly, helpful at picking nail colors, and always have excellent hospitality! They always offer water which I so appreciate. The quality is really where they shine, however. I have gotten over 5 acrylic manicures there and have never had a complaint. They are so careful and precise, really the only people I trust with my nails. My favorite nail salon!!! The staff is always so lovely. They are friendly, helpful at picking nail colors, and always have excellent hospitality! They always offer water which I so appreciate. The quality is really where they shine, however. I have gotten over 5 acrylic manicures there and have never had a complaint. They are so careful and precise, really the only people I trust with my nails. ALSO they always have promotional discounts and rewards program, I love it. 10/10!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is so horrible. I asked for a full set no chip nails, and she used dual forms. She then went on to tell me that dual forms are better for the nails, and charged me the regular $48 for a full set gel, when she actually didn’t build my nails, just used cheap plastic ones. No chip is supposed to last at least 2-3 weeks. My nails came off 4 days later. They chose to save time and didn’t use the regular process for acrylic gel nails, but used cheap plastic ones. This place is so horrible. I asked for a full set no chip nails, and she used dual forms. She then went on to tell me that dual forms are better for the nails, and charged me the regular $48 for a full set gel, when she actually didn’t build my nails, just used cheap plastic ones.
