*new update* After doing a wax walkin for an eyebrow wax I was charged 20 instead of 15 from the previous time. I’ve never had to pay more the 15 for an eyebrow wax. I even tipped 5 bucks without realizing how much I was charged. Not to mention the lady that did my eyebrows was so rough my left eyebrow has a burn and rawness. Still giving 3 stars due to how awesome my last appointment was. I will definitely not be back.

I saw her hair and knew that whoever cut it was a great hair stylist. I asked her who did her hair and she told me Afsaneh at Siz O Daz. I worked for years as a hair sytlist before going into nursing, so I know a good cut when I see one. I have not been able to find anyone that meets my standards until now. I immediately scheduled an appointment and was greeted warmly by Afsaneh who respected my wishes and did exactly what I asked for. Wow! She has great cutting skills, and I could not be happier. I would have expected to pay $50-60 dollars for this type of cut. She has a lovely warm personality as well which is always nice. And she gives the best shampoo ever. My hair dresser wasn’t available and I had a party to attend so I decided to give this salon a try for my keratin treatment. My appointment was with Shelby on a Thursday and I explained to her that I have long, thick, frizzy hair and that I wanted my hair straightened with the keratin treatment. Shelby did the Keratin treatment and advised me to not wash it or put my hair up in any fashion for 3 days and to use a sulfate free/ paraben free shampoo which is normal for this kind of chemical treatment. The other thing that she said was that I will love not having to straighten my hair for up to 6 months because of the name brand of the treatment that she used. So I get done with my hair, pay her the $285 plus tip and then go home. After waiting the full 3 days on Sunday, I wash my hair with a sulfate free/ paraben shampoo and let it dry naturally like I always do. After my hair was dry, I noticed it was just as frizzy as it was before I went to the salon. The next day, I emailed the salon to let them know what happened with my hair and that the keratin treatment didn’t work. They were closed on Monday so I expected to hear back on Tuesday when they opened, but I didn’t. On Tuesday, I called the salon and talked to Shelby to explain everything to her and she tells me that she was going to talk to her manager and get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I never heard back from anyone from the salon. That isn’t good customer service and my hair is still a frizzy mess because I spend all of that money expecting results.
