I love coming here! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and in great condition. They follow every step to ensure everyone’s safety. The staff is very professional and always willing to help accommodate. Everyone is so friendly and respectful, but Shilpee stands out the most for me personally. She’s so kind hearted and patient. She always gets my brows done and looking good. I even got a few friends and my sisters to come and get their brows done here. They are in love with the results and how friendly the staff is. We have been coming here for many years and always in love with the results. Excellent customer service! It’s a great price and very good quality work. I definitely recommend their services, you will not be disappointed! Ask for Shilpee she’s amazing! She will listen to you and give you exactly what you ask for.

Siva use to be my favorite threading location since it is so close to my house. The last couple times Feb 2022 and today. Asha did my eyebrows both times and both times I was cut in both eyebrows. Today once she showed me my eyebrows they were uneven and hair was patchy I brought it to her attention and she was like where where I pointed directly with my finger and she goes “you get it later”

Ash did my eyebrows. I hate them. I outgrew them for a month and a half to get a good shape but instead she made them look one thinner and one left it a bit bushy. She said my eyebrows are “no good”, she said they have “a lot of hair”, she said I need to let the left one grow more hence why she left it bushy I will not be going there anymore. I will continue going to Palm Desert with Deena. I have pictures and I wish I can post them.

It was a nice restaurant. A twenty-minute wait on a Tuesday at 3:30 with very few customers. Anyway, my date and I headed to the bar for a drink, were later seated, and spent the next three hours having dinner and talking. It was good service as well but could tell they may have been shorthanded. People, get out and accept some of these jobs.

Didn’t greet me when I walked in and did my eyebrows in 3 minutes, left them super uneven. One eyebrow was shorter from the front and the other shorter from the end. Never coming here again. She didn’t even use a different thread from the person before me. It was so used that it ripped right on my forehead. What a waste
