I’ve been going to Sita for years. Very unhappy with how she threaded my eyebrows a few days ago. She cut them too thin and even cut pieces of hair off and it makes it look like I’m missing a piece of my eyebrow. I will find someone else. Eyebrow shaping

Dont waste your time, I had never gotten my lashes done before and had asked their opinions on a natural looking lash. Asked them about different options and kept pointing me towards the ones that were $20. I had been looking around previously for a place that does eyelash extensions and thought it was alittle strange they were only $20. After they were done I told them multiple times that I didn’t like them and they just kept adding more. I asked for them to take them off and they said it would be an additional $25 for them to be removed.

I have been going to a mall eyebrow store and getting a different person every time, and it was not working out well. Finally, everything was such a mess that I knew I had to find someone competent that I could return to when needed. Sita is definitely what I was looking for! Her shop is small and friendly, and it will be easy to arrange to see her. Already, after one visit, I feel I am closer to what I wanted. She listens, is very kind, and really skilled.

Lash fell out after a day! The next day 2 more came out. I spent almost $30 just for these to start coming out? When I got home and was looking at my lashes more , they looked so uneven. There was more lashes on one side than the other. After 3 days I got so upset that I just ripped them all out. Never will go back, waste of money. The lady didn’t even know what she was doing if you ask me. Line was super thick and clumpy. I heard the owner is better at lashes, so I don’t blame her. She told me to come back in for free charge, but more fell out and I was just unhappy with it. I guess it’s not for everyone!

My eyebrows always look great when I come here! Other places I’ve gone didn’t listen to what I asked for and made my eyebrows too thin but here she exactly matched the picture I showed her. Extra plus is that touch ups are quick and easy!

The lady is very nice, and I think she does a good job with my eyebrows. But I thought it was rude that I still wanted more service & she took 2 other customers before she did another service on me. They have the clientel, what not get more staff? I know she didn’t do it intentionally but it’s still annoying. Some people are patient, or don’t have anything else to do, but I work and want to be in & out. Especially if I arrived before those other 2 people. They can wait just like everyone. Get help or lose customers!

I have been going to Sita Beauty Care for eyebrow threading for the past 8 months. When I initially went my eyebrows were thin and difficult to shape as a result of other salons doing them incorrectly. Sita explained to me what must be done in order to get my eyebrows back to their regular thickness and to get a nice clean arch. Sita knew what she was doing! Slowly but surely, I watched my eyebrows grow back and was able to get a beautiful natural arch. Right now, I am very happy to have met Sita. She is friendly, prompt, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I will not let ANYBODY else touch my eyebrows.
