Wow what an amazing experience! My son absolutely loved getting his first haircut. Our stylist Tara was patient and made my son feel at ease. She showed him the clippers and made sure he wouldn’t be scared of the buzzing sound. The cute little cars that the kids get to sit in was the cherry on top! We can’t wait for our next appointment! Had a great haircut with Nikki. She was so kind, patient, and understanding; she really understood how to work with kids. She did an awesome cut on one of my kids and was nice enough to loan a tablet to my other kid so they wouldn’t be bored. The salon was tidy and had a fun assortment of toys and hair supplies. We will definitely be back.

We will never return here, they try to force sick children to come in for haircut appointment or charge you anyway for the missed appt, even if you reschedule. I scheduled an appt for Friday at 3pm and my son woke up that morning with a fever. Not wanting to infect the entire salon and other children, I called to explain and reschedule for the next week and the person told me since I didn’t call 12 hours in advance (which would have been 3am before my son even woke up with the fever), I would be charged for the appt anyway, regardless of my booking one the following week when he would hopefully feel better. I am appalled that a children’s salon would have rules that encourage sick kids to come in anyway or lose $40. I’m glad we didn’t go, my son was actually very sick and has unable to do to daycare Mon/Tues this week. It’s unfortunate this salon only cares about money and not keeping the kids that go there safe. We won’t be retuning to this unsafe and unsanitary environment again. I am reposting this since I had removed it after the owner commented and said we would not be charged. We have since been charged anyway so I reposted the review to ensure others are aware of this ongoing practice.
