I’ve been going to these nail technicians for about 20 years (they’ve been all around Morristown). They are just THE BEST & really care about their clients. I can barely count the times I’ve been unhappy over all these years, as in any place it depends on who you see. They are very talented at everything they do and everyone has their specialty. They will change the color or scrub a little more if you just ask. For the most part I always feel good after I leave. They have always treated me fairly and professionally.

I have been to this nail salon once at the booking an appointment online when I arrived the person that was supposed to do my pedicure and nails was not available. They told me someone else would have to do it. I said fine got it done. I didn’t decided to come back to them. I schedule an appointment online as instructed. Their scheduling system online clearly states you cannot reschedule or cancel within three hours of your appointment time. I booked an appointment for today at 12:30 this morning three hours within a reasonable enough time to cancel or reschedule if I needed to. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to reschedule my appointment for the following week. Hours later I received an email stating I was going to be charged $34 because of a no-show. I had to call the salon and ask why was I being charged. The young lady told me she cannot see when customers reschedule or cancel appointments. I found this oddly strange. When you book an appointment with them online you receive notification via email and text. They also send you a link to confirm as well or to reschedule or cancel. The young woman pretended as she did not know what I was speaking of then she went ahead and said that she found my appointment and I did reschedule. Once she clarified that I did reschedule my appointment within the timeframe then proceeded to ask her to release my $34 back for the no-show. She puts another woman on the phone without Notification. The woman proceeded to tell me how they are running a business and they are losing money when customers are not showing up. She told me it was my fault that I did not cancel my appointment and that I should have never rescheduled it because they are losing money. I asked her to refund my $34 for the no-show she told me no next time I need to make it to my appointment because it is a business. I have never witnessed such terrible customer service. I will not be returning here nor will I recommend anyone to come here.

Critical: ProfessionalismI recently moved to the area and have been looking for a place to get my nails done. I tried this place right before a vacation to Charleston, and wow was I disappointed. The manicure is fine, but the pedicure was painful and one of my toes was very sore after how rough the woman was with it. A few days later, while on vacation, I found that the toe was infected. This ruined my whole trip, as I could barely walk and the pain would even wake me up during the night. I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a place to get my nails done. I tried this place right before a vacation to Charleston, and wow was I disappointed. The manicure is fine, but the pedicure was painful and one of my toes was very sore after how rough the woman was with it. A few days later, while on vacation, I found that the toe was infected. I wish they did a few more coats of polish especially with the lighter polish. The lady who painted my nails seemed very nice it’s just when she was cutting my cuticle she cut my actual skin a few times but I didn’t feel it until I washed my hands. The next day I went back to get a pedicure and by the end of the day it started chipping. I was 15 mins into pedi when I REALIZED I made a mistake, yet the owner never called me out, took my business and made me feel comfortable. Salon is new and clean and latina owned!!
