Pretty good service. Fast and efficient, but not very clear or communicative service. I would have liked some “manicure” type service before the dip set was started, like cuticle trimming/softening, going straight to the grinder and using it to trim the cuticles was a little painful. I also wanted a coffin shape, but they said that coffin “looked funny” with shorter nails, even though I had done my research and I really like the short coffin look. But I’m not very comfortable being pushy, so now I have squarish nails that are a bit chunky for my taste. They also had lots of sparkle colors in their choices pallet, but apparently only had a few of those in stock. As a result, I had to change my choice on the spot, feeling like I was wasting time considering options, when I had already spent a while with my initial decision. The online booking would also be improved by better explanations of available services, not every salon uses the same terminology, so I wasn’t sure what to book in order to get what I wanted (looking back, I think I needed to book a manicure in addition to my full set). I am quite pleased with the “cat eye” shellac effect.

My girlfriend and I came in when we were in sisters on vacation! And OMG!!!! This place is amazing!!! It’s by far the cleanest nail salon we’ve ever seen! The service was amazing I don’t know for sure but I think it’s family run and just the sweetest people! We were talking about all the plants they have in there and how many we have and he gave us a start from one of his that we didn’t have!!! I mean just all around genuine people and that’s hard to fine these days!! We for sure will be returning in a few weeks for a fill!!! Thank you so much!

Amazing salon! They did such a great job on my nails both times I went, if I lived local this would be my go to. Both Hanna and Kevin listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly. Seriously, best salon in Oregon in my opinion!

Insode looked really nice and clean. Service was fast but not as detailed as other spas. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. It was 30 dollars for a basic Pedicure which included a quick trim and cuticul care and a timed 7 minute massage. If you have gel polish on its $10 for removal and $15 to reapply a different gel color. I decided not to get gel and got a basic white. They only charged me $5 extra. They seemed unwelcoming at first but were kind after the procedure and during the payment process.

I was very disappointed in my manicure. The manicurist left old polish in the creases of my nails before putting on the new color which did not match the sample board. After applying it to just one finger, I pointed that out and we we tried another color which also did not match the sample board, but I settled for it because she seemed bothered (like it was my fault that the color didn’t match)! She was so ruff on the cuticle trimming causing pain and bleeding. She only bothered to trim 3 fingers the others were left alone. The polish turned out very thick and lumpy. Will not be returning to this salon.

I hate to say it but this is the absolute worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. More on my cuticles than my nails. Will not be returning here and probably better to drive into town and find someone by recommendation. Really disappointing.They are friendly though so at least there was that. Manicure
