I give it 2 stars because I like the water in the salon but I didn’t get good quality nails. I came in there for a refill/color change and I told the lady I bumped my nail at Walmart so it was sore she was still very rough with the nail. My acrylic on my nails is very bumpy when it’s supposed to be smooth It is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

Great first time experience. My nail results could have been better as they weren’t filed at the end and felt scratchy at the top. The gel was a little sloppy on some nails. The staff however was nice and I had to go back for a touch up and they were able to help immediately! The environment was clean.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe cleanliness of this spa is top grade along with the quality is as well! I left a little too soon and my polish still was a bit gummy due to it and my toes got messed up within 20 minutes of me leaving… I simply called and they assured I could come in and it would be fixed, and it was! Pedicure was great but the woman who did my dip was horrible. Did not do a manicure like I asked for. Just started to apply the first coat and instead of telling me when she was done, she just got up and had another nail tech start doing her nails.
