Very unprofessional lies and says they called to confirm the appointment and didn’t and even then no one called to cancel so why would you book over my appointment. And always late like 20-30 minutes that’s very unprofessional and they have been doing this for years and trying for extra length but not doing extra length. Will not be coming back or referring anybody.

They need to work on they’re customer service. They made a mistake when I reschedule my daughters appointment, which I understand that mistakes happens but she didn’t apologize and was rude with it. They do a good job but all that don’t mean nothing without good customer service and you don’t talk to people like that when they go out they’re way to show appreciation by tipping every single time.

Took us in immediately. We weren’t even an established patient but because they didn’t want my sister’s 18 yr old fur baby to be in pain. As as soon as they arrived our furb aby was medicated and then treated with the care and compassion he deserved. The veterinarian we used for 12 years had no vets available and told us to go else where. Sooooo, we did. Now my while family has switched from Park way to Critter care. Thank you staff and Doctors for helping my furry family member. Park way is now owned by some cooperate deal. Not people or pet friendly and I’m saying this after 12 yrs.
