I’ve been going for years but finally reached my breaking point when I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and met my braider leaving. She told me another woman would start and she would be right back. After she leaves, the other woman tells me she doesn’t do the braids I wanted so I would have to wait for my braider to return. 30 minutes later, she returns with food, and sees I haven’t been started yet, and still goes to sit down and eat. 20 more minutes go by and I finally leave. This shop does good work but they rarely start on time. I’ve been going for years but finally reached my breaking point when I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and met my braider leaving. She told me another woman would start and she would be right back. After she leaves, the other woman tells me she doesn’t do the braids I wanted so I would have to wait for my braider to return. 30 minutes later, she returns with food, and sees I haven’t been started yet, and still goes to sit down and eat. 20 more minutes go by and I finally leave. I will not return. Nobody has time to waste especially at those prices and especially when I showed up on time and waited.

Critical: PunctualityI went to sista hair braiding salon yesterday. I got there five minutes early. My appointment was at 10:00. When I was greeted one of the ladies said. That my stylist was on the way. I’m like ok. That’s not good. I know stuff come up. But, still not good. About 10:10 still no stylist. 10:20 still no stylist. At that time I asked where was she. She called her and said she was on her way. But, she was on her way five minutes to ten though. Then at 10:30 here she come. She came in like she was lost. She didn’t even apologize about being late. She started talking to me. Like nothing never happened. Then when I told her how I wanted my hair. She said oh you not getting extensions. I said no. Like it was a problem to braid my real hair. Then while she was braiding it. She was like oh I feel weird braiding your hair. I was like why. She said oh I use to the roughness of doing extensions. Then she asked me does that sound weird. I’m saying to myself. Why did you even say that. It shouldn’t matter. I’m paying you, so do your job. My mom always told me to be mindful of what you say to people. Especially in a professional setting. It can make you or break you. She said a whole lot. Some things she said. It wasn’t what she said by how she said it. Then the other things she said. She shouldn’t have said. To me she was rude. And I will not be going back. Because I like getting my own hair done. Only every now and then with extensions. It’s nothing wrong with extensions. I just like wearing my own hair. But, if they only have her doing the people. That are getting just their real hair done. Then I’m good. And I won’t be returning. I went to sista hair braiding salon yesterday. I got there five minutes early. My appointment was at 10:00. When I was greeted one of the ladies said. That my stylist was on the way. I’m like ok. That’s not good. I know stuff come up. But, still not good. About 10:10 still no stylist. 10:20 still no stylist. At that time I asked where was she. She called her and said she was on her way.
