The atmosphere is very friendly and family oriented. We laugh and have a great time while being pampered. You would love Fatima and all of her sisters. I got box braids and they did the back of my head twice the size of the front! Guess they thought I wouldn’t notice! Horrible customer service and no respect for other peoples time! I will never go back! The inside of the shop was dirty and they were more focused on gossiping and giggling in their language than the task at hand!

oh my God what do I start with them first I got there at 1:30 p.m. and it was only three girls in front of me that was getting the same two to three braids that I was getting I do not walk out of that shop until 8 p.m. for two braids they are the cheapest people to come to to get the goddess braids but I guess you get what you pay for it because the customer service was awful they were arguing with customers customers was arguing with the braider it was awful they did not open up on the time they said they was opening and is right in the heart of the hood
