My first time getting a massage here. Booked online after reading reviews…easy process! I DO want to first say that the massage I received was perfectly fine and the 2 ladies there were friendly. However, when I arrived they seemed surprised and did not ask me what kind of massage I requested. I was there for a foot reflexology massage but she started at my head, neck, arms. She did not speak English at all so I was not able to communicate my needs. I asked to speak to the other woman who spoke a bit of English so I could ask about the foot soak and exfoliation with salts/mud that should have happened first (foot soak was only plain water in a bucket). She said something to the other woman and then she started on my feet (still no soak or exfoliation). Once she did start on my feet the massage was nice but not what was written in the description on the website. I feel like the Google reviews I read were talking about a completely different salon and people. I could not effectively communicate with the only 2 people there and never even knew their names. I am so confused. Hoping the owner will respond to clarify the discrepancy between the other reviews and my experience.

Got a one hour deep tissue massage and loved it. Some pressure points hurt a little bit during the massage so I thought I’ll be in pain afterwards but nope. I felt great. I’ll highly recommend this place because they are highly experienced and skilled. I was visiting from MA. I’ll be sure to go back here next time I’m in NH.

Some places will work out the kinks and knots which is great, but you spend the rest of the day feeling like you’ve been dragged under a city bus. After a session here I leave relaxed with less stress, tension and much less pain. The only negative I’ve experienced coming to this place, and it has occurred both visits unfortunately, is not booking enough time.
