Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wanted a soak off and full set, they wouldn’t listen to what I wanted kept trying to pry my 2 week old acrylics off with a fake nail after I told them my nails are thin and that hurts then didn’t shape them correctly so I just had them taken off again and my hands are still covered in acrylic. I paid for the soak off and gave dude a $20 I really shouldn’t have. I wanted a soak off and full set, they wouldn’t listen to what I wanted kept trying to pry my 2 week old acrylics off with a fake nail after I told them my nails are thin and that hurts then didn’t shape them correctly so I just had them taken off again and my hands are still covered in acrylic.
