Amazing spa experience! Great relaxing environment with free champagne and mimosas. Have had the best Swedish massages from Cori. From first walking in I felt the calm the permeates through the whole area. Complimentary champagne is available as are comfy chairs while you wait. The massage rooms are nicely lit for a relaxing experience and my massage therapist, Andrea was very professional providing Swedish/hot stone massage, highly recommended. I am looking forward and excited for my next massage in Si Spa.

I went to the SiSpa about 3 weeks ago for their Groupon facial. I’d highly recommend the spa but I would advise to call the spa for current promotions because in the long run, I believe it’s more affordable than the Groupon. But I loved my facial with Shannon. She was informative but still allowed me the opportunity to relax.

The employees are very nice, informative, and try to make you feel welcome. I feel like the spa area needs a lot of TLC. saw alot of mold, mildew, and the “rain” showers were clogged water barely came out. Showers need to be deep cleaned considering how many people use it daily, they make good money they should invest some of it on keeping up the place. Swedish massage was good, but I’ve had better. When you arrive, they check you in and take you to the lockers where you’ll be assigned a locker with robe and slipper to change into and then you can lay out in the relaxing room, use the steam room, or lay on a marble table which was not warm at all so I didn’t understand the use for it. There was a bowl of wet towels and cucumbers, but i was hesitant seeing that the cucumbers did not look fresh and i didnt want to get like an eye infection. I recommend you bring your own slippers, some that you can also shower with because the ones offered are plastic and don’t seem clean. So many people use the same sandals and could easily get athletes foot or something. They offer a glass of either mimosa or champagne, but just 1. There are also apples, or trail mix you can snack on in the relaxation room. You’ll get called for your massage, and after that they take you back to the lockers and recommend the steam room. You can shower and change, they do offer literally everything from shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair gel, hair spray, shaved, tampons, hair comb, etc. whatever you need. There are towels but they had a very bad smell to them which I wasn’t expecting considering this is a nice resort. Anyways, there are 2 pools, jacuzzi, and the beach. I visited the pool with a slide and it was full of family & kids, but tried the bar for some drinks and appetizers, and it is totally overpriced. Spent almost $200(w/tip) on chips&salsa and 2 drinks. Then went to the jacuzzi, and 4 kids around ages 6-9 were inside… so just left to the beach. There you can get beach chairs, bungalow, towels, and even kayak. It was alot nicer at the beach. Tried the 3800 ocean for dinner, that was very good! Great food.

Andrea for the deep tissue massage is a WIN! Best neck and foot massage in years (and i go a lot of massage through the years)! She listened to me issues and worked very hard to resolve. Highly recommend.

They go above and beyond just a normal spa experience. The staff is what has me coming back. I also have to rave about my massage with Nicholi, he was amazing! He is very professional and listened to my problem areas. I left the massage feeling the most relaxed I have felt in years! The entire spa is sanitized and clean! Great customer service all around. I booked last minute for a bridal party (4 total). The girl on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Maria and Nancy at the front desk are a pleasure. Ali was my massage therapist. He was gentle and aware of sore/tight spots. All of the locker room attendants helpful as well. I love the atmosphere and private hot tub. Also, when you book you’re able to attend the other amenities around the resort!
