I asked for acrylic tips with French tip dip and she told me I could not get dip but I have before and then she asked me to pick a different color so I chose a dusty blue and I received bright robin egg blue. I asked to change it while getting my toes done and she told me it wasn’t possible until I come back for my next session. Her only alternative was she wanted me to paint white over the blue dip powder with regular nail polish. The nails would have been fine if they were what I asked for but they were not at all.

The man did my nails, dug unto my fingers, watched TV throughout my visit. Massaged my legs with the hot stones except was watching TV the entire time so he just ran the stones over my ankles repeatedly. The women did my sons toes. He request she not dig into the side of his toe anymore. Instead of stopping she dug deeper into his toe. So many things to put on here that are not positive. I will not be returning.

Have used this location since moving here from Tampa 2 years ago. But, the past few visits my nails have looked terrible. I always give a business benefit of doubt and thought maybe it was just a bad day… However 3 times in a row maybe not. I will not be returning and DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to waste your time and money.

I waited at the pedi chair for 20 minutes without any water.
